Very bad company seems they do everything to not pay you back

You absolutely MUST do a better job and provide a better online information center! (the Dashboard) This is 2023! Your online documentation area where the customer can see provides very little once a claim is actually submitted. It should be a given that your site would provide information about how much was approved, what is left to spend for the wellness, line by line invoices along with a total of what was submitted and approved: ALL online-not just emails! Have one comprehensive place instead of the customer trying to sift through the myriad of "we received your email", "we approved", "we..blah, blah" AND then we have to sort through EACH email to find the information! COME ON, again, it is 2023! However, your company has FABULOUS and WONDERFUL customer service by phone! Each and every time I call (and the customer HAS to make calls since we have no idea what is going on (no online presence) and THAT is it's saving grace. Wouldn't it be wonderful to do both?

Their "vets" are just there to sell you products they probably make a commission on. They don't care about your dog. Fortunately, I didn't have to use the insurance benefit, but I doubt they would approve any claim without first trying to sell more product.

Time will tell me just how good your company is

Will not break down what they are paying. How much is deductible, how much is not covered etc.

Do not purchase Pumpkin Pet Insurance! Two months after the 30 day waiting period our lab puppy became sick and was hospitalized for 1.5 days. I sent all the claim information, Vet. notes and receipts to Pumpkin. A month later it was denied stating pre-existing and occurred during the waiting period. Pumpkin Insurance is a scam.

did not receive 1 order, but was charged for it. WILL ARRIVE! IT is extremely frustrating, especially when it was expected it to be deliered in a timely fashion. FURTHER, THERE IS NO WAY TO KOW WHEN THE ITEMS/PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE!

Very good customer service but disappointed no longer has the plan i have for my other dog at 90% coverage and 250 deductible This may lead me to look elsewhere

Very sketchy company. Prices seem to go up by $20 every year, and they love to find any reason to not cover your pets vet visits. Do your research before choosing this insurance

This was the worst experience ever. My dog had significant facial swelling and started to get lesions on her body. I was approved to take her to the vet and activate the emergency fund. Pawp denied my emergency fund. After a follow up she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that attacks her fat cells. The vet told me that if the lump in her face was left untreated it could have caused sepsis. How is that not life threatening?!?
