Terrible insurance. They will claim all issues as pre-existing and will not cover. If you set it up, you cannot get out. They also automatically renew. Never never buy it!!!

The people being insured for their pets should always be reminded that insure only pays off if your animal is critically ill otherwise you are just paying out money for no return.

Zazou and I are thrilled with our decision to go with SPOKK for pet insurance! After checking out several companies, SPOKK had the best price vs coverage for us, so we went with their Purrfect plan. It's been such a relief knowing that Zazou is protected in case anything happens. Their claims process has been straightforward. Also, I liked that pet photo recognition on the first step. Brought some fun to my experience.

My dog Agent is covered with their Superpet package which has no deductible. It's such a relief knowing that he's protected incase anything unexpected happens, ‘cause he is a real trouble-maker. Plus, their website is easy to use and the customer service team is super friendly. Highly recommend!

I tried to tell you that Fergus is actually smaller than I at first thought but I couldn't find anyplace say that. I also wanted to tell you that he had an eye removed but once again, nowhere to type that. When filling out about previous conditions I didnt understand the medical terminology for any of them. Maybe you could be a little more user friendly in your menu. Maybe someplace to tell you what we want you to know.

I was happy with this insurance and have been a customer for approximately 3 years. This year, my 7 year old goldendoodle had a injury to her back leg. Bivvy honored the contract, I met my deductible and had an easy reimbursement from Bivvy for their portion of the claim. One month later, I get a email saying they are dropping my dog for coverage for no reason. Now I can't get any other insurance on her because this would be a pre-existing condition. I would say, look elsewhere for your pet insurance.

I have not received any information on my plan or how to use it. Will I get a member number? I’d like to know more.

It seems that after buying the most expensive dog insurance you have, everything I send in, I receive $0 back. I left my last insurance company since I felt you had more to offer. I guess I was wrong. Even with the top of the line illness along with the wellness, that doesn't even help.

Now that our dog is 12 they suddenly cancelled our insurance plan. They didn’t even give a reason. Just as of June it won’t renew. Beware if your dog is getting old
