The web site didn't work at all yesterday. Today, it bounced me back to the homepage 6 times during the claims process.

Healthy Paws is on a downward spiral. I don’t know what has happened to them. (1) It seems that Healthy Paws may have outsourced their Call Center to a foreign country; one call to Healthy Paws, and I have an intense headache, my interaction with the Healthy Paws, alleged, Customer Service representative was horrifying, with no evidence of “customer service." (2) The person I spoke with at the Healthy Paws Call Center, or attempted to speak with, had so much background noise, that I could hardly hear him, never mind understand him. It sounded like he was on a runway at Kennedy Airport.

I am for the most part happy I. The service all the way through the service until I asked about a price match on a prescription that was given for my dog, and wasn't responded to in a reasonable time for the sake of getting my pet started on the meds so I just ordered the meds at a higher price than I could of paid

claim form had repeated error messages that necessitated restarting claims

I tried to sign up for a credit card and the free 1 yr insurance for my service dog was rejected never said why. But! Their email sent to me said Free 1 yr pet insurance and they have no phone number to call them or address and the bank that they are associated with has none too ! Is this a scam? Submitting a claim was very easy. They followed up often through calls and emails. Reimbursement was quick

They refuse to answer the phone. They don't pay on claims for months, if at all. They respond to emails with excuses to explain delays. According to their emails they can't help you in a timely manner because they are overwhelmed with claims. Buyer beware. Stay far away from this company. According to them they are too busy to deal with their customers. My experience with them Spans from Jan 2025 until Sept. 2025 when I canceled the policy.
