I liked to get insurance for two puppies but after 8 days I got charged as a same price for one of my pets. I requested to cancel the order they said sure but they charged me.

Thw rates were reasonable for 5 years with increases 10% as espected. The moment we used the plan it went from 100 to over 300. Been covered since 8 weeks old and this is the thanks. They know they have you bc now 5 years pre existing ear stuff and etc. If you leave to another company you loose coverage, essentially no options.

I’m a new pet owner December 2024 and wanted to do the right thing and get insurance so I did in January of this year but I don’t recall the representative telling me I needed to wait 15 days before the policy went into effect long story short I took my dog to the vet before the 15 days they said she has allergies so nothing pertaining to her allergies is covered because I guess it’s considered preexisting if I’ve never had a pet or insurance how was I supposed to know she had allergies so to me it seems like pet insurance is a scam and I’m more than likely will cancel my policy because she has to get a shot once a month and since I have to pay upfront why do I need the insurance?

The premium rate jumps when your pet turns 9, it more than doubles. I’d heard warnings from others about this, and unfortunately it is true.

I have had five people contact me so far preparing to get an attorney this week for possible class action lawsuit. I was a Many Pets satisfied customer. Phone access almost immediately, claims in 2-3 days but they totally dumped us on Odie supposedly as a partnership and a seamless transition with all pre-existing conditions covered. They are both responsible and Odie is the worst on earth. They have clearly intentionally offered deceptive business practices, bad faith Insurance conduct and misrepresentation of provisions of our pre-existing policy with Many Pets. They do not follow the law or talk to each other. Its been 45 days since my claim. I have filed a complaint with Colorado Insurance Board as directed by NAIC but I am posting this on here because I am wanting to start a class action law suit and need unsatisfied customers to contact me asap.

The policy is what we’re looking for. I paid the required 2 month cost. It’s been a week and I don’t know if we are approved or not. So I can’t really say much about our experience. Maybe better communication is needed.

my pets were insured with Many Pets and I had a great experience for three years. I was told that Many Pets merged or sold to Odie Pet Insurance. What a joke. I had to submit a claim and they keep giving bizarre excuses as to why they will not reimburse me. One excuse was that I had to send all my two pets medical records from the first day they were seen, so I did that. And then they were asking for previous records before they were even born. I truly do not know what to do now bc any other insurance company I would go to wouldnt cover any pre-existing conditions. So basically we all have been duped.
