This company is horrible with processing times (18 days instead of 2-3 as they say when you enroll) plus they are very picky on what they cover. They would consider something that could repeat on your pet (like a dermatitis) that happened a year before as a pre-existing condition

Coverage was horrible for the price paid. The prorated premium was not returned. Hey, Embrace, what will you guys be using my unused premiums for? Hope you have fun at your employee party! You guys are thieves!!

Scam! They tell you they reimburse a certain way, but when you file a claim, they don't cover anything you are paying premiums for. I pay for a 90% policy, but that is not how they processed our claims. High premiums compared to reimbursement.

you've asked me twice for my puppys medical history. I've provided it and you keep asking for records back to 1-1-25. He was born 1-31-2025 and i bought him when he was almost 5 months old. Right after that i took him for shots etc. That is his history

I transferred from ManyPets, who had fantastic customer service and always answered the phone and questions. NOONE ANSWERS the phone at Odie! There are NO explanations for their payments and they attempt to make it look like they have paid you the full amount of your claim (on their dashboard) but really the REAL amount paid is on the attached letter with NO EXPLANATIONS. There is NO customer service for any problems, questions or concerns. They are a terrible company and I wish I could leave but stuck with them because of the transfer. :(

If you want to cancel your insurance renewal it's impossible. Close your account down-impossible. They hook you in but good luck getting out. Shocking app and website - Trading standards needs to look at it because there is no standard here just dodgy tactics
