This company cancelled my policy for bogus reasons after one year, proceeded to bill my mortgage company anyway, causing my mortgage to increase substantially and now will not refund the money.

Do not give them payment information, they will immediately fraudulently charge you. Avoid them like the plague they are.

My premiums have gone up 252% in 7 years. That’s an average of 36% increase per year. Ridiculous. You are much better off putting that premium in an interest bearing account and self insuring.

If I could give a zero I would. Like many of the previous reviews we were transferred to Odie from Many Pets and been having a terrible time. I have 6 claims going back to April and nothing paid! I tried to call but goes into voicemail and no one ever calls back. I email them and they say they are busy but not too busy to take our premiums! This was supposed to be a seamless transition and we were to be grandfathered into the same program. We will be calling Many Pets as well. If nothing is resolved we will need to take additional steps.

Their bots tell you it's possible to cancel via the app but those dots don't exist. I'm trying to cancel via the website but it won't allow me to login.

Talk about a bad experience, firstly I got a call from the police asking if I had been in an accident which I had not and secondly after one month of having the insurance they tried to raise my insurance to over 500 a month for two drivers liability. I will be switching to a better alternative and I personally do not like the fact that they monitor everything you do it’s intrusive and should be illegal. How can you justify raising someone’s insurance without having been in an accident or receiving a ticket it just doesn’t happen with other insurance companies and this is all bait and switch tactics on their behalf. I already found another insurance company that is very reputable with same coverage at half the price. I don’t want to see hard working people get ripped off .

Flat out refuses to respond to the only claim i sent in during the last four years. Just filed a claim w branch of California government that oversees insurers. Changing to costco pet insurance.

My puppy is 10 weeks old has a UTI. They’re charging me over $100 a month and are restricting anything that has to do with kidneys, bladder or anything like that into the insurance.
