I've always been HAPPY with Many Pets. I always refer this company but alot of people can't afford pet insurance.

I feel its a waste of money. If you have a pet with pre-subscribed medication and you get it through dutch, maybe it might be worth it. I not only found better precise information through Google, i found my own references since the ones sent by the vet were not for California. If in doubt, its best to go to a physical vet , dont be like me wasting money to be told what you know

They don't cover tests even if it is caused by an emergency. We had a bill of $422 and they covered $0 . Really not worth for the price I pay monthly.

They deserve a zero. They have not paid any of claims. My vet and I sent them all the notes and info they requested then they claim they were unsuccessful obtaining them!! They are full of it! This place is a scam! You pay them premiums but when it's time for them to pay, they find any false excuses to deny your claim. Avoid doing business with this place. I will be canceling and go somewhere else.

Do NOT insure with Nationwide Pet Insurance!! Thousands of cancelations for no reasons. Cannot trust this insurance company for ANY type of insurance. BEWARE!!!

My wellness claims for a healthy dog's yearly wellness visit got denied. I paid this company for months for wellness and wasn't able to use any of the benefit because they denied claims multiple times for reasons the company would call "mistakes" when I called. It was clear they were just coming up with any reason to deny me and a total pain to deal with the claims. I dropped the coverage. It's not worth hours of my time to get a tiny bit of coverage for a simple yearly checkup.

I signed up two pet policies. The start date change button was grayed out so it did not allow for any date except the following date which is standard. I immediately emailed and was sent a link to change the date. The link did not work. So, I am being forced to pay for two policies for two additional months. I had no less than 10 emails and they would not admit their error or help me in any way. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

Not sure why I had to pay for 2 months up front. Didn't have to do that the last time since the premium is automatic withdrawn from my paycheck.

When signing up the price changed after I received my confirmation email. Not sure if that’s normal but I feel pricing seemed not transparent.

Bought pet insurance for my cat. Initially it was $23/month, then jumped to $49, then jumped again 1yr later to $71. Cancelling and switching to another reputable and established company that’s back in the $20-40 range.
