worst experience my husband I ever had with trying to support our pet with an online service. We ordered revolution the first time and they stated it was at our home, but we never received it. So they had to refund our money and we had to get the revolution somewhere else. The second time we thought we give them another chance and the same thing ordered medication had it expedited and it still hadn’t come to our home. My husband and I went back-and-forth with Customer Service, which is a joke. We have to report them to the Better Business Bureau and we have to follow up to make sure we get our $86 back.
Dutch Pet Insurance - If I could give you a 0 star I would
If I could give you a 0 star I would. I signed up for less than 5 min and realized that you could not help my dog or provide the care he needed. I signed up for a year and cancelled immediately and your company refused to issue a refund. That's so unethical. I will be taking this up with my bank. The least you could have done is charge me for a month but instead you ripped me off $130.
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance - Greedy company increases premiums by 80%
I was with HealthyPaws for 12 years. I canceled my policy when they jacked up my premium from $50 a month to $90 a month and refused to work with me on price. STEER CLEAR. They were a decent company 12 years ago but they are greedy and not at all customer-oriented now.
Dutch Pet Insurance - Worst Company Ever
One of the worst experiences ever. Signed up and did the vet no problem. Ordered the meds and they said it should ship in 1-2 business days. 4 business days later and it has yet to ship. Customer service is useless and aren't helpful. They never respond. Booked a phone call and they never even called me back. Def don't recommend. Literally one of the worst experiences and I'm still waiting on my meds that have yet to ship. Don't even know what I'm paying for at this point.
Go Pet Plan - Avoid much better value for money elsewhere at half the price.
5 years ago I would have given this company 5 stars wonderful cover you could rely on .Our cat was 17 I paid around £30 a month he got everything he needed no questions asked.Thats the good news now here's the bad news so to start i can get £10000 of cover per year for vets and £10000 of dental cover at one of pet plans competitors and they are a far bigger name than petplan .For nearly double the price I can get £7500 of cover at petplan .Went up around 30% last year and another 25% this year forget it I've gone elsewhere I suggest everyone else does petplan might then think twice about ripping their clients off .
ASPCA Pet Insurance - SCAM ARTISTS AND LIARS
WOW! I was really hoping this insurance company would be the right fit. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS! I called repeatedly before I bought my insurance and was told the dental cleaning would be covered. IT WAS NOT because of "pre-existing conditions" I repeatedly asked about the Pre-existing dental issues and was told it would be covered. IT WAS NOT. ALSO, when I did get reimbursed, I had my account set up for a direct deposit. When I talked to someone on the phone they said they deposited it but my bank rejected it. MY BANK NEVER RECEIVED ANY DEPOSIT AND IT WAS NOT REJECTED! THEY LIE ABOUT SENDING MONEY! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!
Dutch Pet Insurance - Complete scam with zero customer support. I have wasted hours.
Buyer beware. Signed up for a 2 year plan because the site simultaneously advertised 34% off all plan types, and 40% off (up to $40) first medication order. The membership explicitly said "pay $5.36/mo for 24 months, billed at $128.70 today".

Figo Pet Insurance - terrible experience
This company does not take customer service seriously and will take over a month on average age to process your claim. They don’t respond to emails and claim to loose your pet’s medical records.
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance - Not worth it
They charge a lot and unless you have the one off where your animal needs a huge surgery it’s not worth it.
