If I could give no stars I would. Had the insurance for 2 years never filed a claim. Had a minor claim that was for less than $250 after my payment of deductible. Put me through so many hoops and I provided all the info requested as did my vet. After everything submitted they sent an email cancelling my claim??? I have never been more frustrated with a company.

Told me that though my cat was undiagnosed (lymphoma), her symptoms (throwing up) started before the start date of my plan and so no expenses toward her survival would be covered.

Greta Goranova and I had a zoom appointment at 1610 on 10/9/24. I was on zoom waiting and when she ‘arrived’ her first words were, ‘we only have 5 minutes because you were late’, I wasn’t late and in my description of my dogs problem I requested she read his file before logging on. She did not. I then attempted to give her a very abbreviated description of Marley’s situation. ‘He had had a full course of neomycin, polymyxin B sulphates & dexamethasone’ that ended 2 weeks ago. My request was to find out if (in her professional opinion) if these were just ‘old fart’ eyes as he could still take short walks, etc. I shown the camera on Marley’s face and asked her to make an assessment of how his eyes looked. Her response, ‘well how am I supposed to assess which you just moving the camera around. Completely argumentative and defensive.

Absolutely terrible company. Fraudulent services. Terrible customer service. Don't reimburse for claims. Run...

I insured my dog when he was 2 each year premiums went up in 5 years went up from 35.00 to 65,00. It was taking from my credit card every month, luckily never needed to use the insurance. I noticed on my last statement no charge was taking out. I called the company who told me they canceled the insurance in jan because my credit card expired. They said they emailed me, nothing in my box, they sent a notice to a house I lived in 4 years ago, was not forwarded. Why not a phone call? So I kindly asked them to reinstate the insurance, they said no the dog is too old!! Really, after I gave you thousands of dollars and never put in a claim?? Do yourself a favor, save a hundred dollars a month, maybe in the end you will get a vacation with the money. I will never use this insurance again.

She gave us a military discount, which was very appreciated considering my husband was in Vietnam then continued in the Navy service for 21 years. We appreciate people that recognize the sacrifices we made to keep our country free🇺🇸 The employees are exceptional ❣️I always get call backs to check on Layla which makes me know they care❣️I am so glad Dr Busch decided to open her practice here! She has cared for Layla for 6 years💗

5 star reviews of this company are fake. They take money and do not ship products. Stay away from this scam company. They don't have their own product line, instead they have links to other companies who actually do produce the product. Go straight to the manufacturer and cut out this middle man who will steal your money.

Horrible experience. They promise but don't deliver and seem to have no one responsible for correcting their mistakes.

$130 dollars a month, finally submit a claim, and denied with no explanation? My dog needs injections. Now paying $130 for insurance and $100 for each injection. What is the point of having this at all? What is actually covered? Extremely unclear. Certainly will not remain a member and would never recommend to anyone else. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
