I tried out this company a year ago for our pup and it was a mediocre experience. I felt like it was all about money and never about pet health so i turn off auto-renew and move on. A year goes by and they renew for $99! I asked for a refund due to never using the company but they refused with no resolution

Like the others that have reviewed recently, Got the free T-Mobile trial, time ended and charged me $100 and say they are "not able" to refund. BS You refuse to refund. Call it like it is. Don't BS your customers.

Please do a lot of research before accepting this insurance!! This company price increases so much that after having coverage for several years, I am now told I have to pay over $220 a month! I just got an increase of $78 a month. When you increase prices this much year after year then it’s not affordable to have coverage after 4 years and most pets live much longer than 4 years. I will never use this company again since there are many other insurance companies now who have the same coverage plans and won’t increase so drastically each year so I can actually keep coverage to save my dogs life longer than after 4 years.

My Claim was closed due to a request for records not being provided - but the actual vet records don't exist because no visits were made during the required period that Figo requested. I submitted an inquiry via email and got the automatic "we're working on it for you" email...and then nothing until this review request came into my mailbox.

Scam. Reported to New York Attorney General's Office. They failed to cover medical expenses. I paid an additional $14 a month for Emegency insurance.

You can’t file on the website, only the mobile app. The mobile app won’t let me submit my claim (“oops something went wrong”) is the message. This has happened every time I try. Then when you call customer service nobody answers the phone, ever. Worst customer service experience ever.

ZERO star! We wanted to change to a new address and they raised the rate from $60 to $80, which I understand. I replied yes to raise my rate. THEN, Jennifer said because we didn’t respond within 24 hours, so $80 wasn’t valid anymore, and now the new rate is $114!!! She didn’t tell me $80 was only valid for 24 hours and didn’t require me to reply within 24 hours. They almost doubled the price within two days! The new address is in a smaller town actually, and they raised the rate twice in two days! Why? I called them and wanted to talk with Jennifer, but she’s NEVER EVER available for a month! I need an explanation of why they raised the price for two days. Also, if I don’t reply within 24 hours again, will Manypets raise the price for the 3rd time?? If I don’t reply in time again, will they raise for 4th time? What’s the top of raising the price within a week? 7 times raising in a week??
