Pumpkin - Taking money without providing services
They allow you to sign up online but you can only do monthly billing that way which comes with an extra monthly charge of $2/month. They say to call if you want to pay for the year to avoid the fee. After signing up, I called to pay for the year but was told I would still have to pay the extra fee for the first month because I did the sign up online. Pretty awful way to get $2 extra dollars out of everyone. Also, your term starts right away meaning you are already paying for coverage but they don’t offer coverage for 15 days. I get the waiting period for people who might wait to insure their pet until there is a problem but don’t charge for the period when you won’t provide coverage. Even the waiting period seems unfair when the dog is brand new to you. I insured my dog the day I got her but still have to wait 15 days and given she is a puppy, already have lots of vet expenses that won’t be reimbursed. Just feels like they are after every possible way to get money out of their customers without providing any service to do it. Really bad first experience with them.
Go Pet Plan - SCAMMERS
I have been a loyal customer for over a year. Since beginning this policy I have had issues with payment where I have paid and clearly stated on my bank statement however PETPLAN email me stating they have not received the payment and request I pay again. This month I have come to the realisation that if paying for my policy is this much hassle then should I need to make a claim I can only imagine the difficulties I would come across with claiming on my policy. My advice is to take your hard earned money and use a different insurance company, should your furry friend need medical attention I would not trust this company to abide by the contract and pay out.

Bivvy - Easy registration. Cancelled our policy after injury
They requested a review of the signup process once I registered. Signing up was incredibly easy, which may be why they have such high reviews. But what really matters to me is if Bivvy will provide as advertised. We'll see....
Pumpkin - You are taking such a long time…
You are taking such a long time honoring the March 9, 2023 claim submission. What is going on what is the problem? You have been very slow with my last 2 claims I am thinking about cancelling coverage with you. What is wrong? I thought you honor for tooth extractions! Very disappointed please hurry with this March 9, 2023 claim! I have waited long enough!
