I've received a PDF of my pet's health insurance policy, but I don't like that I have yet to receive a premium payment confirmation or an acknowledgement of how future premium payments will be handled (do they send a bill via email or postal mail?).

It works great for the most part, the only complain I really have is that we can’t use it to get my pup spayed. Other than that it has a quick turn around time.

Bivvy - If you have pet insurance, switch now!
We’ve had Embrace insurance in our two dogs for 8 years. They had gotten out of control on their price. We signed up for $80/month for both dogs to $380/month for both. We found Bivvy and with their much lower prices and similar coverage, it made sense. Thanks Bivvy.

ManyPets - BEWARE Sketchy Wording and Practice
I started out looking for insurance only but was impressed with the wellness plan. The messaging prior to signing says vaccines and heart worm prevention is covered. What you don’t know until AFTER you sign is that the limit is split between prevention and other categories that I would not have chosen if I knew. It barely covers necessary vaccine and heart worm prevention. Then I found out you can cancel the insurance plan, but not the wellness plan once a payout has been made. So now I’m stuck paying $34 a month for services that I don’t even need. And all their friendly customer service goes out the window once you let them know you want to cancel. This is a bait and switch. Stay away. I regret signing up with this company.
