Pawp - Stay Away
If I could give a zero I would. This company is a total scam and needs to be shutdown for unethical business practices. Stay far far away from Pawp. They refuse to issue refunds and provide horrible customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they still refuse to issue a refund. They have a company policy against giving refunds. I canceled my membership, you should issue a refund. Your customer service advised me to call my bank and dispute the charge since Pawp does not give refunds. I did that and you still refused to allow my bank to give me the refund. Pawp is a horrible company. Everyone should stay away from this company!!! To everyone, who is also dissatisfied from this service and enrolled through T-Mobile, I suggest you also file a report with T-Mobile. This way T-Mobile will have no choice but to end their partnership with Pawp.
Healthy Paws - Completely recommend Healthy Paws!
I have had golden retrievers since 1985. I never pursued getting insurance because in general they were usually pretty healthy until their later years. But for my latest goldens I decided to try it out while my they were still young and I went with Healthy Paws. One of my girls has had multiple flareups of pancreatitis and having this insurance to help out with that has been great! The claim procedures at Healthy Paws really couldn’t be easier; just scan a copy of your vet invoice and medical records and click submit. And, one last thing: it means a lot to me when they send me a personal email asking how my dog is doing!
Figo Pet Insurance - 33% premium increase and denial of coverage. Waste of time and money.
annual premium increased 38% ($135) after one year with zero claims for three year old healthy pet. no explanation provided. when i called to review the increase with agent, she could not provide anything specific, just pointed to the fact that "CA rates may be higher than other states...."

While their marketing and support teams shine with a solid 5-star rating, the experience with the claim department tells a different tale. The claim department operates on a subjective basis, free to approve or deny based on unclear criteria.

Figo Pet Insurance - Cannot get a penny for reimbursement as…
Cannot get a penny for reimbursement as it should be per Figo’s policy. The Figo people that I called lying that they contact the vet for verification but didn’t get Vet’s office answer. I talked to the Vet’s office, no body call them from Figo. These were just for 75.00 of teeth cleaning and 50.00 of vaccinations. Imagine when your bill is thousands dollars…. Figo is nothing but a scam.
