Wouldn’t do it again, price keeps increasing

Their system lost my claims 10 of them. When I asked to resubmit. They told me it's too late to try again. If it was your system that screwed up. Why can't you fix it? Totally defeats the purpose of having insurance. Literally a years worth of claims down the drain.

UPDATE: After a year they removed the option for 100% reimbursement. Now they’re just like any other average pet insurance company. I won’t be sticking around once my second cat’s plan expires. My experience so far with ManyPets has been amazing. I did a LOT of research when selecting pet insurance for my kitten and ultimately chose ManyPets over competitors like Lemonade and Embrace. The monthly premium is extremely affordable considering I’m getting 100% coverage and only a $250 deductible. The coverage itself is also great, and their base plan covers more than most providers. I also love that ManyPets will waive the waiting period if you switch to them from a different provider. My first claims were a breeze to process and I received my reimbursement within ONE (1) week!

Everything that I submitted was rejected. I lost faith in it and what this company stands for. It's too bad because I would have stayed with them for the life of my pet. Unfortunately, I am taking my business elsewhere.

No one has gotten back in regards to canceling. In my opinion it is abit of a hassle to get anything done. I don’t want to renew and it took a while to get any answer when i submitted a claim. They make it sound easy although it isnt clear. I am going back to what i had in the past. Easier to use and manage

Figo does not honor their insurance - and goes out of their way to say no. I took dog to the ER vet for a severely torn toenail. They had to sedate my dog to remove it. Figo denied the claim saying that the ER diagnostic fee is not covered and that the toenail procedure cost was in excess. This is my first claim, and the total bill was around $440. Less my $250 deductible and 80% average, Figo should have paid out about $150. Why have insurance if I can’t use it?

No one calls you when there are issues with claim. All my claims keep on getting declined and closed. Never had this experience with a pet insurance

Our dog was attacked by a buck deer. Took her to the emergency vet where she was treated for lacerations and given medication. Filed a claim which was settled quickly enough but oddly enough the cost of the examination to determine the extent of the injuries was not approved. The explanation given was that exams are not covered by the policy. This was not a wellness exam, this was an injury exam in order to determine needed treatment. I advise requesting the word "examination" not be included on any invoice. Have the Vet bundle that cost in with treatment cost.

They will deny every claim even a UTI! Don’t waste your money. Nationwide and State Farm are better. They told me third parties like paw protect are scams. Every single claim I submitted has been denied. Stay away. Don’t say you haven’t been warned
