Don't bother getting this insurance. It is a complete fraud. I had my claim denied for something that is clearly covered in their terms. Don't waste your money here. Find insurance that is actually insurance

Many pets is not an open and honest insurance company because they offer plans at one price and then they change prices on you after a year for vet prices. Be careful! I had three dogs insured for both wellness and accident insurance policies and the increase this year was more than 60 dollars. I used the insurance only for 1 visit because my dog got stung by a bee! Last year I paid a little more 1500 dollars!!! They increase the price and do not reimburse if you cancel, you have to keep the coverage for another month even if you decide leave them!!! It is a dishonest company and I would not recommend it to anyone!

I did a visit for my cat in August regarding separation anxiety he had. Then he got very sick in November, we did a few more visits and I EXPLICITLY asked if a video call was necessary for the emergency coverage fund and two different people said no because we were already physically at the vet’s office. When I submitted my claim for reimbursement, I was told we were denied because the August visit was, according to them, when he first presented with symptoms and we waited until November to have him seen, additionally we did not do the video call. My cat was diagnosed with FIP, had he had FIP in august he would’ve been dead by September so clearly the people they have do the chats don’t know how to do their jobs or the records I submitted would’ve shown that. Secondly, I was advised by two different team members that the video chat was not necessary for the emergency fund application even though I reiterated that the guidelines stated it was, they assured me I could still apply and be eligible.I’ve been paying for Pawp for over a year and spent $1,100 at the vet on the presumption that’d we be covered. This company is an absolute scam, they will come up with any & all excuses to deny a rightfully submitted claim. Would give 0 stars if possible.
